Instantiate target gene

Downloads genome data and creates the configured target gene.

ASOkai run --task instantiate-target-gene --config-file ./config.yaml

ASOkai resolves and schedules missing dependencies automatically. Existing valid outputs and configured input overrides are reused.

Steps

download-genome	Type: Step Description: Downloads genome DNA, cDNA, annotation, and a reusable annotation database.
create-target-gene	Type: Step Description: Creates a target gene, extracts target sites, and writes a region FASTA.

The task exposes target_gene and fasta from create-target-gene.
